1. Wer wir sind
DBCAMP.EU ist die gemeinsame Marke zweier zusammenarbeitender Einzelunternehmer (OSVČ):

2. Was wir anbieten
3D-gedruckte Zubehörteile und maßgefertigte Ersatzteile für Caravans und Camper (überwiegend 3D-Druck).
3. Bestellung und Vertrag
Bestellung über Formular. Wir bestätigen per E-Mail und stimmen Versand & Adresse ab. Mit unserer Bestätigung kommt der Vertrag zustande.
4. Preise und Zahlung
- Zahlung per Banküberweisung gegen Rechnung.
- Rechnung gewöhnlich nach Lieferung; Fälligkeit gemäß Rechnung.
5. Lieferung
Versand ausschließlich per Post. Lieferzeiten abhängig von Produkt und Auslastung; bei Sonderanfertigungen informieren wir vorab.
6. Widerruf / Rückgabe
Für kundenspezifische Waren gilt die gesetzliche Ausnahme – kein Widerrufsrecht. Für nicht-individualisierte Artikel (falls angeboten) gilt 14 Tage Widerruf ab Erhalt.
7. Mängel / Reklamation
Bei Herstellungsfehlern kontaktieren Sie uns bitte per E-Mail (Foto + Beschreibung). Wir sorgen für Nachbesserung, Ersatz oder Erstattung, wenn Abhilfe nicht möglich ist.
8. Recht
Anwendbar ist das Recht der Tschechischen Republik. Verbraucher-ADR: ČOI.

2. What we offer
3D-printed accessories and custom spare parts for caravans and campers (mostly 3D printing).
3. Ordering and contract
Orders are placed via a form. We confirm by e-mail and agree shipping & address. The contract is formed when we confirm.
4. Prices and payment
- Payment by bank transfer against invoice.
- Invoice is usually issued after delivery; due date as stated on the invoice.
5. Delivery
Delivery by post only. Lead times depend on product type and workload; for custom work we inform you in advance.
6. Withdrawal / returns
For custom-made goods, the statutory exception applies — no right of withdrawal. For non-custom items (if offered), a 14-day period from receipt applies.
7. Defects / complaints
If you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us by e-mail with a photo and description. We will repair, replace, or refund if a fix is not possible.
8. Law
Governing law: Czech Republic. Consumer ADR: ČOI.

Web: dbcamp.eu. Doručujeme po celé Evropě (kromě Švýcarska).
2. Co nabízíme
3D‑tištěné doplňky a zakázkové náhradní díly pro karavany a kampery (převážně 3D tisk).
3. Objednávka a smlouva
Objednávka probíhá přes formulář. E‑mailem potvrdíme a domluvíme poštovné i adresu. Smlouva vzniká naším potvrzením.
4. Cena a platba
- Platba bankovním převodem na základě faktury.
- Fakturu obvykle vystavujeme po doručení; splatnost je uvedena na faktuře.
5. Doručení
Doručujeme pouze poštou. Doba dodání dle typu výrobku a vytíženosti; u zakázkové výroby informujeme předem.
6. Odstoupení / vrácení
U zakázkového zboží platí zákonná výjimka — od smlouvy nelze odstoupit. U nezakázkového zboží (je-li v nabídce) platí lhůta 14 dnů od převzetí.
7. Vady / reklamace
Při zjištění vady z výroby nás kontaktujte e‑mailem s fotkou a popisem. Zajistíme opravu, výměnu nebo vrácení peněz, pokud náprava není možná.
8. Právo
Řídí se právem České republiky. Mimosoudní řešení sporů: ČOI.
